• Membership is individual-based and subject to cooperative regulations

• Primary function: Services
• Insurance agency services
• Education, courses, workshops, and briefings
• Ar-Rahnu (Islamic pawn broking)
• Gold trading services

Operational Scope

• Operations cover all states in Malaysia
• Financial year: 1 January – 31 December
• No credit or lending activities are allowed

Membership Capital

• Joining Fee per member: RM50 non refundable
• Minimum share capital per member: RM300
• Bank Account: 5648 1059 6988 MAYBANK - Kelab Jambul Hitam
• No member may own more than 20% of total shares
• Collection of share capital through agents is strictly prohibited

Governance & Compliance

• The cooperative must hold its First General Meeting within 30 days from approval
• All official matters must use the name Koperasi Jambul Hitam Berhad (Dalam Pendaftaran) until registration is completed
• Failure to comply with conditions may result in automatic cancellation of approval
